The following is a general outline of the steps and suggestions to help you along the way. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us any time. We do our best to make everything as smooth as possible every step of the process.

1. Product Selection

You can browse our products online or download a catalog. Let us know which products you are interested in and we will reply promptly with a quotation and additional information.

2. Ordering

After you have selected the products you want, send us an inquiry and we will reply with a quotation. A sales contract follows any necessary negotiation. When we receive the initial deposit, we will arrange for production to begin. The equipment will then be prepared for shipping once the full payment is made.

3. Shipping

We will thoroughly package each piece of equipment in order to prevent damage during the shipping process. Bubble wrap completely pads the equipment from shock, and outer layer of knit strip wrapping prevents accidental scratching. A set of replacement parts will be included with your order.

The delivery time depends on your location and size of shipment. The equipment is shipped from our warehouse in Tianjin, China.

4. Surfacing

Okstar equipment can be installed over several types of ground cover, including wood chips, concrete, wet pour, rubber tiles, etc.

5. Installation

Concrete foundations approximately 500mm deep are needed to secure the equipment. After the concrete has cured, the equipment can then be bolted to the concrete with heavy duty anchor bolts. We can provide you with more detailed information upon request.

6. Customer Service

We will replace the structural frame free of charge five to seven years (depending on the product) from date of purchase. Bearings, bolts and other parts will be replaced free of charge one year from date of purchace. View full warranty »
